The PARLYM Group has completed the acquisition of KURY Ingénierie and KURY UK, engineering companies recognised for their expertise and know-how in the nuclear sector.
This strategic deal is part of the PARLYM Group’s growth momentum and significantly strengthens its capabilities in engineering and in services dedicated to the nuclear industry, in France and also in England.
By integrating the KURY companies, the PARLYM Group consolidates its position as a major industrial engineering player and broadens its service offering, in particular in the key fields of systems engineering, safety and electrical/instrumentation and control in the nuclear sector. The complementary nature of the expertise and the teams will make it possible to support increasingly complex, demanding projects that are structuring for the industry.
KURY Ingénierie will continue its activities under its existing brand within the PARLYM Group, retaining its identity, its technical expertise and its commitment to quality and client satisfaction. This acquisition illustrates the Group’s determination to build on recognised know-how while developing lasting operational synergies.
