The PARLYM Group is pleased to announce a further international development through the acquisition of THEMIS.
Established in Côte d’Ivoire for more than 30 years, THEMIS is a company specialising in the industrial painting sector. Located on the Abidjan lagoon, THEMIS benefits from a strategic 7,000 m² logistics base and employs more than 60 professionals specialising in anti-corrosion treatment, scaffolding and special coatings.
This acquisition enables the PARLYM Group to broaden its offering by bringing in key construction know-how and to strengthen its long-standing presence in the West African market.
This development is part of the Group’s determination to create local employment opportunities and to add THEMIS’s solid experience in Côte d’Ivoire to its own expertise.

This acquisition is accompanied by the appointment of Benoit Chapalain as Managing Director. With solid experience in Côte d’Ivoire, he will take on the Group’s strategy and support the company’s development in this new growth phase.
